1.Call the Agriculture Fair Committee or log in Agriculture Fair website to get a full knowledge of Expo.Request or download the application form.

2.Fax or email the following copies to the committee,including application form,business operation permit,certificate of organizational institute code,certificate of legal person,production permit,food or liquor trading permit,and other qualification materials.Company seal is a request on each copy.

3.If qualifications approved,exhibitors and the committee will agree in the location of exhibition booth and enter into an agreement.Exhibitors should pay fees subject to the agreement.Any delay will cause the cancellation of reserved booth.

4.The committee will issue an office receipt and a letter of booth confirmation,upon being fully paid.

5.Exhibitors should come to the exhibition site by holding the letter of booth confirmation,in order to obtain any relevant certificates and materials,as well as to process the access permit.
